My Back Yard #2

This really is in my back yard - it's at the bottom of my garden and I need to decide what to do with it:

a) Pull it down
b) Renovate it to create a workshop/shed
c) Ignore it, as I have been doing for the past 7 months. The previous owners plonked a shed in front of it so it really has been a case of 'out of sight, out of mind'.
