Fresh tomatoes

Today we went to Lucca, a town about 20 minutes driving away from the Mulinetto. And this time we managed to find a parking spot too :-)

Lucca is a very old town with a huge wall around the old town border. We rented bicycles and had a great ride on top of the wall. Then we had lunch at the Piazza Santa Maria. After that Martine and I wanted to go further into the old town, but after only a short while it became clear that the girls weren't really up for that. We had ice cream and then returned to the Mulinetto.

Later that day Inge and I went up to the vegetable garden. Mark had told us we could help ourselves to some tomatoes and that's exactly what we did. Another great day here in Tuscany!
