Chamomile

Under the dominion of the sun (because it cureth agues - apparently) it is little wonder that this poor wee flower looks a bit resigned as it has been chucking it down once more today.

It makes a very popular tea which is supposed to be relaxing and to help cure headaches, stomach cramps and all sorts of things. It is used as a rinse for blonde hair. Persons with hair of all colours may also wash their head with it for "it comfort both it and the brain". Personally I can't stand the stuff but I do love the smell, clearly evident today as the rain battered down and the pretty dasiy like flowers.
