Had a tough day here getting things ready for project re-build. Nothing has been done remotely properly here, quite soul destroying really. Looking forward too, eventually, finishing it. Think I'll spend a little time here and then sell, hopefully with a £150k profit?

Went for a quick drink and spent time with a friend who I haven't seen for a while, good times.
