Days off are cooking batches of sizeble "family-favorite" home cooked meals, while I gratify with some cumembert cheese on mini toasts and a good serving of tuscan olive mix. Pat Matheny is on the airwaves, lovely hubby and kids surround me. I'll sleep like a baby tonight!
