Went to the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, MA - which is the birth place of basketball. It was a pretty sweet place - the building is a shape of a basketball and this is the inside of it. Three floors - all dedicated to the greatest basketball players and coaches. I loved that you get to play basketball at the end of your time here.

Learned more than I ever have about basketball. Yay for James Naismith who invented the basketball in 1891, "just to keep his college gym students occupied during the winter." If you look closely at this picture, you can see the first basket they used for basketball - a wooden peach basket. This sport has come a loooooong way!
