Matauri Bay

After the rain yesterday it was great to se the sun again today. We took time out from the decorating and visited Matauri Bay for a walk and picnic lunch. Ollie loved the sea and had a great time. On the opposite end of the beach from this view is the hill with the Rainbow Warrior Monument on the top. After sinking in Auckland Harbour, the Warrior was towed here and sunk in about 35metres of water.
