Farewell to Toni

The sun was golden last evening as we went to pay our respects at the passing of a remarkable friend and archer, Toni Truman.

A strange and wonderful mix of people always gather for the archery shoots and Toni always made us feel so welcome. From the endless pots of food and cakes, to the constant encouragement when our shooting went astray, Toni was always full of warmth and laughter.

Toni and Jim's home and beautiful gardens are the base for the Warriors of Queen Maebh, Archery Group. We have been members for the last eight years and they always make you feel so very much at home.

It is such a special place.
