running on sand

I went out tonight, for my first run in a good few months... I can tell I'm out of practice, did 5k and feel shattered... but I went down onto the beach, and that makes it worthwhile, the sea, the light, sound of the sea....until you have to run back up a sand dune...

Quiet day at work, didn't get out and about in the festival, but more strange characters will appear tomorrow...
