As Far As The Eye Can See...

There are two things you should know about my photography... Firstly, I'm a sucker for a well-executed, dramatic HDR shot... Secondly, I'm also a sucker for panoramas. They seem capable of capturing the atmosphere of a place better than a standard a standard shot. Maybe because they are closer to the field of view of the human eye, but they seem to draw you in to a setting more completely, somehow.

Followers of 'shaunmannners' (4 more days until I can link! - Can't wait!) will recognise the tree on the left in this picutre. He did a cracking job of capturing it in his Blip for today, so I decided not to even try to compete and instead went for the wider view.

I promise, there'll be no sky shots tomorrow! I'll think of something different...
