Go Friends Of Roseburn!
I have mixed feelings about graffitti.
Random spraying, especially on stonework, so that it is impossible to remove, (especially in a foreign language) makes me angry.
The genuinely artistic has to be admired but I still have reservations if it is sprayed on private property.
However, this I like. It is on the back of a building in a public park, facing away from the playing field but visible from the path by the Water of Leith and celebrates the area in an attractive way. It's just a shame that the tree and street light get in the way so some letters are obscured (I lined them up to minimise the effect).
Might be better seen in large.
