The frozen one ...

The really bad thing about working on a computer in winter, is that your 'mouse-hand' goes completely numb. The area I live in is called Mpumalanga which means 'place where the sun rise'. Yip, the sun rose this morning but the cold is nibbling at my fingers. So much so, that my middle finger is a awesome shade of mauve. Since our climate is suppose to be sub-tropical, we do not invest in things like mittens, thermal underwear and thick, wooly socks. The alternative is the scarf knitted as a passtime wrapped around the hand that must earn the money today!
