My new pet

I wasn't feeling too good this afternoon so had to miss a couple of social events. In the evening I had to head out to meet N, she's going away for the week so I'm in charge of keeping an eye on her little serpentine darlings. Had a really nice evening catching up with her. I noticed these cute little plants on her kitchen table, seperated from a larger plant that was sprouting little versions of itself. On commenting on them she offered me one. His name is Al and he'll be keeping me company on my desk. I got home just in time to grab a shot of him before it turned midnight!
