Dragonfly out in the sun

This wasn't the best shot to attempt with my compact camera, but I just about managed it with the macro setting... I don't usually have steady enough hands. I took this on the academy golf course, which my garden backs on to. I had gone out with the intention of snapping the hooded crows, as there were so many of them out there, it reminded me of the film The Birds, but I managed to scare them all off, and then this sweet dragonfly stopped and waited for me.
