Barn Owl for Mum !

Today has bee a sad day for me as it's 2 years to the day that I lost Mum to cancer. Her favourite bird was the owl and she collected them in many forms!

So I took the day off from work and went up to the Falconry Centre near Huntly and spent the morning amongst a great selection of Eagles, falcons and owls. It was great to see them flying around! It was hard to choose which one to post, but finally decided on this Barn Owl in flight!
