Cabling

The streets here all seem to have a wild, uncontrolled mass of electrical cabling which runs at high level following the footpath, alongside the top of the shopfronts.

When a road junction appears the cable gets hastily diverted underground - as pictured - without too much thought given to safety or how it looks. This is the Vietnamese way!
