last supper (in zambia)

this is the traditional zambian staple. its made from ground maize to meal mealie meal, which is then added to water and boiled and stirred to make this stodgy nshima. eaten with relishes like cabbage, spinach, meat, fish or caterpillars it is delicious.
today i cooked my first last nshima in 2011 in zambia and was very proud of myself. my zambian friend who ate it said it was very tasty...score
