Plop goes my Heart.....

A much better day today no problems with my health, and I have eaten better today, lets hope I have turned the corner, but after all it's only been two weeks since my operation.

I am still not getting around, hence another indoor blip.

Mrs BM might be taking me out tomorrow, now that will be nice.
