Cat-astrophic

Just as today was looking mightily uneventful, we found ourselves roaming the North Carolinian countryside, making feline friends and generally enjoying ourselves.
The same cannot be said for Maria, the reason for our adventures being that we couldn't find a farm from which she buys her weekly vegetables.

Maria and Ethan purchase a weekly vegetable box from a local farm (I urge you all to do the same), and thanks to some decidedly dodgy google maps directions we managed to lose it completely, instead weaving our way haplessly through the never ending countryside.

When we did find the farm there wasn't a soul in sight, but we spent ages hanging around the beautiful grounds, taking pictures, enjoying the fresh air and playing with some very friendly and slightly crazy cats, that were all too similar in looks and personality to our own SooYo.

So whilst Maria apologised for the wild goose chase, we were in fact as happy as sandboys - even more so at the prospect of a repeat trip tomorrow to finally grab the veggies.


Sidenote: None of the cat shots turned out great, they just wouldn't keep still. I really like this one though of some random veg that was set on a gatepost.
