Tradition

Friday breakfast at work has become a tradition for me. Coffee and banana bread or muffin. Fortunately two local shops bake their own muffins so they are just heaven. Today raspberry and nuts. Its not a big muffin, but fresh ingredients - baked fresh, how can you go wrong.

Weather in last week and a bit has been beautiful, chilly but blue skies and no rain. However today that has turned to rubbish, great just in time for me to go bush and work at a MTB race. Thermals and wet weather gear is packed.
