8:30 and arrived at work.

A nice ride on a late summer morning, not too much traffic on the way and and enjoyable pace.

Here's the bars of my Boardman Hybrid, now three years old. About three and a half thousand miles covered, which ain't bad given it was off the road for just over a year.

Might cycle home tonight too, rather than splitting the journey with the train.

Grateful that I can cycle to work most days.
