roley poleys

ok so it's not a mini pink, or really pink related as such, but I thought it was the very essence of the countryside at this time of year. "roley Poleys" are everywhere, and in this particular field on the way to Dedham, there were hundreds of them. We've been watching the combine harvesters doing their work over the past few weeks, and now all the local fields have hay bales in.

We went to feed the ducks in Dedham this morning after a lazy start to the day. Then we had an icecream and watched the boats going out at the boathouse. Home for lunch and then the mini pinks and i went for haircuts. Mr Pink was home for the day, so it was nice family day.
