Spent the day in the studio....got things cleaned up, organized and actually threw 24 latte bowls....what is this need to spend a chunk of time cleaning and organizing before i head into another round of production? I know it's not just me, i've spoken with other potters who claim to feel the need to wash windows, floors....tools etc....things they have clearly been able to avoid for many months...suddenly these tasks take on a monumental status....they just have to be done!!! anyway, that took up a lot of time, so there wasn't a huge amount left over to actually make some pieces! but i did manage to get things started!

Around 4.30pm we headed down to Baddeck to do some errands etc....and as we rounded the corner, after taking the scenic route out of town (Terry always has to do this route!!!) there was this couple, in their wedding gear...having their photographs taken! So, I leaned out the window and snapped off a few.... i love that i caught them in this state....we don't often see this sort of show in sleepy wee Baddeck....anyway, it was kinda sweet!
