TOO HOT TO MOVE
and we go around the house looking for little insects or big ones. It is summer again!
I have for myself a little new project. I read one poem from the book The Poem Itself. 150 European poems translated and analysed, edited by Stanley Burnshaw. One poem a day and I can sit under the parasol today and let the words sink in.
We have so many books still unread and why not start with one in a very slow tempo.
The haiku:
Under the shrubs hide
Little creatures for the sun
Dark eyes watching you
And the proverb from the book by Henry Davidoff edited:
What is mind? No matter -What is matter? Never mind.
