All fluffy
It's been bothering me for some time for some reason that I have never made a chiffon cake.
I've always thought that big light airy cakes were a bit of a waste of good chocolate cake eating time, really, but I dunno, maybe it's old age, maybe it's the heat, but I'm starting to find heavy cakes a bit too much.
I tried this orange chiffon number in my silicon bundt "pan", and despite a slight overflowing and filling up the hole kind of an issue, it was actually very nice for a summer dessert.
Next I'll be making angelfood cakes and everything- when everyone knows I'm more of a devil type...
