Confused

This is one of three Amarylis I have which just decided to continue to grow and grow this year although they have not flowered. I'm waiting for them to start to change colour but still waiting, hopefully in the next few weeks. Just seen that they should be put into the fridge* for 6 weeks to help them grow next time, I didn't know that before. *not in the same fridge as apples.

It has also sprouted a baby too, yippee
