Anzac Day

Mr. Apple went on a baking frenzy in honor of Anzac Day tomorrow. He made Anzac biscuits, of course, but also wanted to make hardtack to see how it was. We had some well-rotting bananas so he made a banana bread too and for the heck of it, he threw in a regular old loaf of frenchish bread. We spent about 6 hours with some music on, him baking in the kitchen, me sitting on a kitchen stool watching and taking pictures.
