Blueberries

I spent alot of the day with my good friend, Laura, who I haven't seen in awhile. We went for a beautiful walk in Forest Park, where we didn't see anyone except some very thin, young runners, and then had a great lunch at the St John Cafe. But the best shot was of her blueberry drying racks. She washes them thoroughly and then lets the blueberries air dry, before packaging them for freezing. She picks 10o lbs of blueberries a year.
