Small Town/Big City Saturday Night

Nearly 8pm in San Jose on a lovely Saturday night. The local constables have gathered at Starbucks, not to prevent mass action, but to enjoy each other's company over a Venti latte.
Seriously, San Jose is the tenth largest city in the US. We have our share of urban troubles, including gangs and unemployment. And fortunately, we have a relatively calm city. Calm enough for a summer evening rendezvous for these patrol officers.
