Juice Time!

The Goose took this picture of me making our first juice together.

After watching the documentary Fat Sick and Nealy Dead, about one man's journey with a 60 day juice fast, we were quite inspired!

I would recommend the film to everyone, even if it at times feels like an infomercial for his company.

The Goose and I are not ready to do as long of a juice fast, but we are going to start incorporating juice into our improving diets.

The juice turned out great, and it was nice to share some of it with The Goose's mother, who is visiting us for the week.

Let's go juice!
