As the Cows go Home

Went out all day on a canoe (a better one than yesterday). Visited an Island in the creek where 300 people live though there is no fresh water supply. Were fed coconuts, a guy went up the tree to get them for us, they were young ones and the white stuff inside was all flabby and soft, didn't even know that's how coconuts were!! Also tried 'palm wine' which was kind of weird.
Had lunch on another tiny island and a little swim before going back.
