Goatfell

We, that is 25 people (mainly Germans and French living in Edinburgh and Glasgow) spent the weekend on Arran, staying in a Bunkhouse in Lamlash. That was a fantastic weekend!!!
Friday night revealed to us that Elvis is still alive! (and spends his free time singing in the Lamlash pub...)
Some of us including me hiked along Glen Rosa in the rain with the plan to cross the saddle and walk back to Brodick through Glen Sannox. As on the saddle the weather turned out to be fantastic we decided to go up Goatfell. That was great!
Knackered after 8 hours fresh air, but still fit enough for a garden party :)
Not possible to sleep that night with a french snoring concert...
