Harvest !?

Shortly after yesterdays blipshot was taken the wheels fell off the day! enough said that I spent more time in the combines guts than you would want to. This was capped by heavy rain in the early hours of today. This left me stood down at work. So harvest went home, with the early cooking apples threatening to go woolly, damson and black berries ripening, it was in to 'newman'/ huntergather mode to day. The tubs in the foreground are apple stewed with or without blackberries for pies/crumbles or spooned on to breackfast ! As you can see still lots to do so back to the kitchen for me :-)
