Last Flight

Sadly, this dragonfly was no more when I came across it. I haven't fully worked through the ethics of photographing and displaying images of dead animals, but it is such a striking creature that I thought I would go ahead and see what the blipfoto community made of it.

I think this is a Southern Hawker, which I understand to be quite common.
