Coming home

Edinburgh is one of those cities blessed in its location and topography, and with Arthur's Seat in the centre it is dramatic from whichever direction you come in. Approaching from the south, it is difficult to better the views from the A68, starting from Soutra. This was taken just south of Pathhead as we returned from walking the Melrose-Lauder section of the Southern Upland Way.
