I must apologise for my sustained abesence, but I have been suffering from the worst kind of poisoning known to human kind... Progesterone Poisoning. Or as a man would say, morning sickness.

However, my mornings seem to last 24/7. Or is it mourning sickness, the realisation that those late morning lie ins are now a thing of the past for the next 5 years?
