Glimpse

Today I was delighted to attend the wedding of a very special young man to his gorgeous girlfriend.

This was my view of the Bride, between a man's ear and a large hat brim.
She looked stunning.
The groom wore his late father's kilt as a tribute, under which he wore boxer shorts printed with the message "I'm only half Scottish" I didn't establish which half, but I'm thinking bottom!

After a morning of rain the sun came out in time for photos on the terrace, by the lake, in the gardens, on the bridge, with the dogs, without the dogs, with the 9 bridesmaids (6 adult and 3 young) and the 2 page boys, as well as with family and friends.

The celebrations continued into the early hours.

On these occasions my internal radar, combined with my onboard heat seeking missile means I am able to scan a room and close in on any U.S.Ms. - [Unsuspecting Single Men], within a nano-second. Fortunately this was not to be, so I was able to relax and enjoy myself!!!!

I had way too much catching up to do with the Groom's mum, and family, whom I had not seen for far too long. It was a joy and a privlege to spend time with them all and to meet the newcomers too.

Thank you so much for including me, and I will not be losing touch again.
