A Sunny Day in Ogmore By Sea and Southerndown.

As it was a lovely sunny day today, me, hubby and the girls decided to pop down to Ogmore By Sea and Southerndown and of course I had my camera in hand.
It was lovely down there, lots going on, in the sea and on the beaches. This is hubby doing his "party trick"!!!
First we enjoyed watching the kite surfers at Ogmore and then we made our way over to Southerndown and enjoyed walking along the waters edge taking in all the sights and sounds of people in and out of the water. It was great.
After that, we decided to pop into the "Pelican in Piety" pub in Ogmore for some food, and what fab food it was. One of the best meals we've had in a long time, definitely well worth a visit if you're in the area. Fab food and great atmosphere and decor in there too.
Once we'd finished stuffing our faces we wandered over to Ogmore Castle and the stepping stones across the river, again, with me snapping away!
