Roses are pink!!

This is one of the lovely roses my friend bought for me for having the kids for her and looking after her in her time of need!! I didn't want anything at the end of the day she'd be there for me, on saying that though i didn't hand them back and have enjoyed looking at them!!

Have had a nice chilled out day, ran this morning 5 miles in 37 minutes, I'm back to where i was about a year ago. I gave up running for about 6 months last Oct, just decided one day that i couldn't be bothered with it all anymore. Well then the nice weather started and i soon changed my mind!! Gotta love a good run to blow away the cobwebs and making clothes expand back to where they should be!!!

Kids have spent the afternoon with their friends, so have found myself child free again. We were discussing what we should all do this afternoon and then offers from friends came in and that was the decision made.
