First send Mr G to buy fresh ingredients.

Leg of lamb
Ina Paarman rosemary and olive oil sauce
Garlic
Spices
Potatoes
Salad ingredients
Fresh fruit for dessert

Second prepare the lamb.

Coat with spices and sauce
Place in oven early to slow roast

Third prepare the salad.

Toss together usual ingredients
Add some feta cheese and olives to make it fancy

Now take the dogs for a walk with Mr G

Then make crispy roast potatoes.

Carve the meat and savour the aroma.

Get the family around the table and enjoy the delicious dinner.

Finally, the dessert to complete the meal.
