A new atempt at Infrared

Today was a great day to have another go with my infra red filter.

I am finding the channel swapping very hard to get right. I attempted lots of variations and this was the best I could get.

If anyone can give me any help I would be most grateful , I am using Pantshop Photo Pro x3

I am also finding a bright spot towards the centres of my photos when taking them. I am not sure waht is causing it. Hope it's not a duff Filter (I am using a Hoya one on recommendation).
