The Big D...

Last night was pub quiz night.

We have a lovely little team called Le Mums and last June we raised loads of dosh for the Relay for Life.

Long ago back in the midst of time a group of us mums from playgroup decided we were far too old and knackered to go out on the tiles on a Saturday night but were not completely fulfilled discussing the joys of weaning and real nappies....

The Monday night quiz group has therefore existed in many forms with various members over the years.

We let of steam about every day stuff but we also have an absolute hoot so much so we miss a lot of the questions!

Salty snacks are a big part of the quiz but I chose BIG D peanuts as I was a BIG DUNCE last night.... you know when you know the answer somewhere in your brain but it just ain't coming to the forefront?!

In my defence, when I got home I was a very poorly sausage and spent most of the night hanging over the loo. I now have a hangover despite only drinking coffee last night....

Ah well its the hols and I don't have much to do today.
