Motor Scooter in Hanoi

Today we had official meetings at the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, the Communist Jouth Association Ho Chi Min and at the German embassy (details on the discussed topics will follow later). The horns of cars and motor scooters were loudlz noticeable all the time. Nowadays these motorcycles are replacing bicycles more and more ? with harsh consequences for the environment.
