Female Red-Throated Hummingbird

Thank you all for your support of my butterfly shot of 8/21. It ended up being spotlighted by Blipfoto.

I got a better shot of the hummingbirds today. I didn't see any males, just females. There was more light today than there was last night, so I could bring the ISO back down some.

I do like the movement in the wings, but I will probably try a flash shot so I can "stop" the wings. I also want to catch a male out there.

This is a link to another shot of the same bird but further away on a tree branch. They are so tiny, that even at 400 mm I had to crop most of the photo away.
