Spooned down class difference

A park down town what shows that autumn is slipping indoors already as yellow leafs are paramount.

The children's playground looked quite new to me and the work-out made me wonder whether its designer is a big golf course fan?

What's the purpose to this design? Is it to predestine the toddlers to adults longing for leisure on green hilled golf fields?! It is other than an ordinary playground as it's found in a park close to one of the palaces, so I wonder why this design........
