Heron off to Roost.....

I have had two good days in a row, so things must be on the up, I have also had another of proper meal and kept it down, my operation will have been three weeks tomorrow, lets hope I can return to work soon, else I think I will go stir crazy.

I couldn't go too far today and I have yet to be allowed to drive just in case.

I have now lost 2st 7lb since the operation.
