Pummeling

Had a much needed remedial massage from Ray today. My dodgy pelvis, back and neck have been awful due to carrying a heavy baby and even heavier toddler around. I'm a sucker for a cuddle but it comes at a price at the moment.

Trying to work out if the plinth/ massage couch is an pleasurable or tortureus place. The pain is undeniable but the relief that underlies it is definitely satisfying. As my shoulders relax and my neck turns further than yesterday I am leaning to the former.
