Fairy Cakes

Today i made chocolate fairy cakes. Used a packet mix, two eggs and 6 tablespoons of water, a whisk, chocolate bits and baked them in the halogen oven.

Bit of a first as i haven't used a packet cake mix before, many years ago when i used to bake i made everything from scratch.

Quite pleased how they have turned out, they are moist and tasty too. Thanks packet mix, maybe next time i will attempt to use flour etc...

Been good and only had two to taste, one from each batch as i had to check they were cooked, didn't it!!! LOL. OH gets to sample them tomorrow...

Sorry not been commenting, been busy researching a new laptop and large monitor. Things like this take me around two to three months as it is important to see the feedback, the specs, the warranty, the first point of contact etc etc...

Good news is that i have purchased my monitor and i think i've found a good person to purchase my laptop from. Hopefully it will be with me in the next couple of weeks once we've ironed out the spec and cost.
