Troy, from Meat to Please.

Troy has been working at our local butcher since we moved to the area. He's always got a smile on his dial, and is quick to break open the cheerios (little red sausages) for the kids (just like we always got growing up). All our butchers who work there are friendly, and a great resource for the novice cook in us all. Today, he gave me advice on how to cook some pickled pork.

They do the best sausages that I've eaten outside of the UK, and there's always something new to try.
