Today we waited until this afternoon before taking Rona out because of the rain. As usual, Rona ran in and out of he trees until we tried to get her to pose beside some bloomin' heather. Would she heck! She did however, park her tail briefly in the grass at the edge of the path, so here you are. A few minutes later, a startled deer broke cover and porpoised across a wheat field. By the time the cameras came out, it was too far away to capture.
